  8. Is that a car ferry? We used one when we were in D.C. last year.

    I've been to California a couple of times, but I haven't traveled outside the major cities.

    1. Sandra, thanks for visiting. It didn't carry cars. Only people. It's a catamaran--the only way to get out to the Dry Tortugas via the NPS.

  9. I love Death Valley. It's a fascinating place to visit and to hike. I've never heard of Dry Tortugas. Dry Turtles? That's interesting.
