- Plotted My NaNo Novel. Character, thematic, and plot development, along with sorting through some potential imagery.
- Laundry. The day would not be complete without laundry (insert sarcastic tone).
- Tended to the Sick. Child, that is. My youngest came back from the hospital with a stomach virus. This is the third time in a row. Does he get a Guinness World Record or something?
- Read. So much to read; so little time.
- Checked Email. Because it’s been five months since I sent my manuscript to a publisher for consideration. I have loads of patience, but now I’m getting antsy.
- Dusted. The dust bunnies and I are like this
You know you want to do it, too.

sounds like a good day!
ReplyDeleteand thanks for the referred blogs in the pay it forward fest =)
Any day with time to read has to be a little good.
ReplyDeleteAnd the dust bunnies? Let 'em lie.
I'm with you on the laundry and dusting! Never ends.
ReplyDeleteDust-bunnies are my best friends. Yes, I know how sad that sounds!
ReplyDeleteI hate dust. They always seem to get in my lungs and give me allergies. sounds like you had a very productive day!

Hello fellow Campaigner! *waves* Nice to meet you. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I wrangle dust bunnies with the best of 'em, but, you know bunnies, they multiply. I feel more like Elmer Fudd on most days. *sigh*
Ditto for the laundry. Mt. Washmore and I are mortal enemies and I never win the war. I can only hope to win a battle here and there.
I too will being doing Nano again this year. I wish I was a plotter like you, alas, I wasn't born with the organization gene. Though, I admit, I am fascinated and intrigued by plotters and their mysterious plotting. I WANT to be a plotter, it sure would make revisions less hellish. My brain just hasn't found a plotting system that doesn't bore the pants off it.
I'm sorry you have a kid home with a stomach virus. :( I hope he feels better very soon.
Have a marvelous week,
Lola
That's an awesome list! :)
ReplyDeleteAh, you're a plotter. Make sure you let us know your NaNo username! I'm YellowTypingFiend.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your NaNo Novel--I always admire writers who take on that endeavor! Hope your son is feeling better soon and I'll be happy to trade dust bunnies with you just so we can have some variety. Actually, my dust bunnies are coated with loose hair from our dogs, so we have some golden-tinged dust bunnies as well as some white ghostly dust bunnies. Enjoy your blog and I'll be back!
ReplyDeleteHey, I wish you luck on your nano effort.
ReplyDeleteI only do laundry on a sunny day because I hang it out in the back yard, I love the way the clothes smell when they dry that way.
My best to Zane.
You seriously got that all done in one day? Call me impressed! (And few things go hand in hand as well as plotting and laundry, imo. :))
ReplyDeleteI did something today! I gave you an award (after I dusted). Come by the blog and pick it up!
ReplyDeleteYou plotted your NaNo? Way to go! You're on top of things. :)
ReplyDeleteI remember when my youngest had what I thought was a stomach viris over and over - it was after she had been treated with strong antibiotics, and it took us a while to realize the antibiotics caused her to be temporarily lactose intolerant (for about 3 months). Maybe your dealing with that...
I thought the dust bunnies were my BFFs! I'm feeling a little jealous...
