Loved it! I am going shopping for vegan foods on Saturday. It doesn’t hurt that I was once a vegetarian in my college years. Alicia Silverstone has a great voice in this book, as well as tons of great information and recipes. 
Not the best Ellen Hopkins I’ve read. I had a hard time keeping the characters straight at times.
It was okay. I left it at the Ronald McDonald House for someone else to read.
