Sneak Peek: A to Z Challenge

Are you taking part in the A to Z Challenge?

I've decided to participate in the blogging challenge again this year. I must be completely crazy because I have quite a lot going on with my writing projects (noted here) and with life. But I met so many wonderful friends last year, and I'm excited to meet new ones this April. It will be my third time taking part in the challenge.

And speaking of threes, I have revamped my theme this year, teaming up with both Rebecca Green Gasper and Moxie Writers. All three blogs will carry the same theme: YA Causes.

Here's how it breaks down:

Moxie site: We’ll give an overview of a tough issue faced by young adults. We’ll also include some awesome resources and organizations related to the cause. This will begin with the correct letter of the alphabet.

Rebecca’s site: Young Adult books and characters related to the cause of the day, but not necessarily beginning with the same letter as the cause.

My site: Songs about the tough issue of the day. Again, it probably won't be the same letter as the cause.

Last year my theme was the 1980s, which included a lot of songs, too. Can you tell music is hugely inspiring for me? Anyway, we’ll be tackling some difficult subjects and we hope you'll come along for the ride.

Are you participating in A to Z this year? If so, what is your topic?

If you haven’t heard of Blogging from A to Z, check it out here. It’s an amazing way to meet new bloggers. I’ve met some of my favorite online, blogger friends through last year’s A to Z. It is both daunting and exhilarating. It starts April 1st. So if you think you want to give it a go, dust off and spit shine that blog and get ready!

  5. Good luck with the challenge. My theme really going to stick with the whole concept of my blog. Since I just started it up I am going to stick with that for the challenge. Denise
