Six Things...

  1. Back to Calling Physicians. It was so nice to have a break from the medical world. Now we’re back to it again. *Sigh*
  2. Diet and Exercise Changes. Yikes. Where did all those sugar cookies go anyway?
  3. Prepared for an Interview. I am interviewing author Susan Kaye Quinn about her new book Open Minds. Stay tuned.
  4. Played with My Kids. They are off for another week for winter break, so I am enjoying my time with them: making crafts, painting, watching Phineas and Ferb…that sort of thing.
  5. Read. Destined by Jessie Harrell. The Legend of Victor Standish by Roland Yeomans. Enjoying both. At some point I actually need to read my own stuff so I can get my bearings and write again.
  6. Life wouldn’t be complete without at least one load of laundry.

  3. Yes. One load of laundry makes every day complete (and it increases the life of your dryer (instead of using it 3+ times on one day, once a week), so I hear).

    Happy New Year! :)

  4. Yes, laundry. I think it should count for at least 8 things, all by itself.

  5. Yeah... those sugar cookies do have this way of disappearing at the strangest times. :-)

Hope you have a wonderful 2012.

  6. Happy New Year!
Ah laundry. that's my job every weekend. :) I'm glad you got to read some books though! That's always fun--along with getting to play with your kids!

I have two of Roland's books on my iPad to read.

  8. We made it through 2 1/2 weeks of no school, fun for all, but these last two days are proving to be a bit tricky. My kids are ready to go back to school! Hope you enjoy your time together.

  9. You had me at Phineas and Ferb! My YellowBoy (12) and Jake (~15) love that show. Of all the inane shows I've watched with them, this one is my very favorite. And by favorite, I mean favored over all others! Gotta say, the episode where Doofinshmirtz gets a new nemesis is the best. Poor Perry...
Thanks for stopping by and following.
