Not too far in, but it seems a bit predictable and cliché to
me. Hopefully, it will prove me wrong with a bunch of surprises. I just realized that I tried reading another of her books before, but could not get through it. This one MAY be the same.
I enjoyed the first one and really liked Alex Cross, so I
moved on to the second. I must say, I am not at all a fan of violence against women. So Kiss the Girls was definitely not one of my favorite
reads.
What do you think you’ll read next?

Oh I love the cover of Creep! Looks very intriguing!
ReplyDeleteCreep has been on my to-read list for forever! I look forward to hearing what you think of it.
ReplyDeleteHi Susan, I think Along Came A Spider and Kiss the Girls were totally the best in the series! Happy reading to you! My WWW http://wp.me/p32hC2-9E
ReplyDeleteI have Creep but haven't had a chance to start it yet.
ReplyDeleteI've seen "Kiss the Girls" and love Ashley Judd but haven't read the book. My list is at http://katybrandes.wordpress.com/2013/05/15/www-wednesdays-may-15/.
ReplyDeleteI have not read a Patterson book in a long time. I used to read them all. And Creep is new to me - love the cover, I may have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteHere's my WWW.
Everything I've heard about Creep is so fantastic. I cannot wait to read it. It's in the pile. Somewhere. *sigh* Patterson is great, but I did not read Kiss The Girls for much the same reason you give here, my friend. I just finished Butterfly Hollow. A self pubbed author, Maria Toth. Great read, Susan! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI've been reading several books at once, fiction and non-fiction, so that's kinda hard to tie down. :)
ReplyDeleteHi, Susan,
ReplyDeleteHow are you?
Sorry you are not enjoying your current read. I enjoy Patterson's writings as well.
I have a TBR list as long as a block, so I honestly don't know what I'll read next. BUT I really want to read The Caged Graves by Dianne Salerni. She is awesome.... I featured this book in the A-Z challenge, so I have a special fondness for it.
I read Creep back when it first came out and it was a fast read, love the cover too. I haven't been reading much at all lately, something I really need to remedy.
ReplyDeleteThe cover of Creep looks interesting. I'll go and read it.

Might have to look in to Creep. Sounds interesting. I am reading a whole bunch of non-fiction research books right now...not very exciting but very, very needed. Enjoy your reading time.
