Reading and Rock Climbing

I love them both. One I do a lot. The other: not so much anymore. However, in the days before children, my husband and I would climb quite a bit. In fact, we were good. We ascended routes in Arizona, California, Idaho, Oregon, South Dakota, and Colorado. In fact, hubby used to do a lot of mountain climbing pre-me.

To show the two are not mutually exclusive…

We introduced Justin to both simultaneously. This was at the base of a climb in AZ.

As for reading, I am always doing some (or a lot) of that. In fact, here is what I have on my radar to read in the near future:

Crank by Ellen Hopkins

Identical by Ellen Hopkins

Impulse by Ellen Hopkins

Can you tell I like Ellen Hopkins?

Driving with Dead People by Monica Holloway

Finding Beauty in a Broken World by Terry Tempest Williams

So get on out there and read some books and climb some granite (or whatever your rock of choice happens to be).
