Psychedelic Furs "Pretty in Pink"

The epitome of the 80s...for me.

Other Ps from the 80s:

Prince
Parachute pants
Perms

Any others? Bueller, Bueller?

  2. Yes, I totally loved the movie and still love the song. I still listen to the Furs all the time, The Ghost In You and Heaven are also favorites. Now I'll be singing this one in my head all day, which isn't a bad thing. :)

  3. Pepsi and Shirley?? Do you remember them? The Wham backing singers who thought they'd have a go themselves...

  5. I have a slew of bands that began with P on my blog today. I would've done The Police, but decided to save Sting for "S".

  7. I loved the 80's. But my mom would NOT buy me a pair of parachute pants and I begged her to! :) She said it was a passing fad. I guess it was.

  10. I borrowed Prince's albums on tape from my sister and listened to them on my walkman when I was little. It's just as well most of the lyrics went over my head!

  11. I still love that song and them. I can't think of another band like them, except maybe Echo and the Bunnymen.
